- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We appointed Cliff Kirk-Brown Ltd on 2 occasions to carry out surveys. He fails to deliver when he promises, you have to repeatedly chase him for the report when it goes past the day he says. Worse than that we moved into the property he surveyed, he missed some serious issues with the property. I contacted him on a couple of occasions and asked for his complaints procedure - he decided to ignore my emails. I have also now complained to the RICS. It seems I am not the only client where he has missed issues. I would never again choose to use Cliff Kirk-Brown.By alisdairbuchanan, March 13, 2019
